These conditions are to be applied to all sales concluded through the website www.sposidigitali.it. Customers are required to carefully read and take note of the following sales conditions made available on the website.
Sposi Digitali reserves the right to change the contents of its website and legal notes at any time and without prior notice. All information present: logos, images, texts and anything else published and/or reproduced on this site are the property of www.sposidigitali.it. Any personal information sent to this site will be treated in accordance with the law on privacy (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code).
PRices
In the site all prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to updating, so the customer must check the price before making a final purchase.
payment mETHODS
The customer can make the purchase through the Paypal or Stripe system, which accept all credit cards with transactions guaranteed in terms of security and data protection. Alternatively, a bank transfer can be made within three days of the order being placed. We would like to remind you that the e-mail to define all the details of the participation will only be sent once the bank transfer has been credited.
In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled. Upon confirmation of payment, an e-mail will be sent with a form to be filled in to define the details of participation.
invoice
The invoice will be attached to the e-mail confirming the receipt of the purchase order.
REturns
As these are customised products, they cannot be returned. Furthermore, no refunds can be issued.

Immediately after filling in the form for personalising the digital invitation, you will be sent a link and both username and password to access the management platform.
*Please note that after 60 days from the wedding date, the management system will be disabled.
Important: notify the Sposi Digitali team if the wedding date changes.
